About Me

Howdy! I'm Hailey Yamada.

I am a consensus-building leader with over a decade of experience in managing and building web-based experiences for an R1 research university with 100,000+ campus members. Across various roles, I have led projects that require cross-functional collaboration, careful stakeholder management, and deep attention to detail. Most notably, this work has culminated in the creation and community-wide adoption of a web design system that significantly improves brand consistency, accessibility, and usability of the university’s web ecosystem.
